PDCAP Head Start/Early Head Start is a Birth to Five School Readiness Program that provides comprehensive child development services in the areas of social, emotional, and physical well-being.

Eligibility

Ratios

1. Families MUST meet income guidelines established by the Department of Health & Human Services. 
2. Children MUST be three to five years old for Head Start and Birth to three years old for Early Head Start. 
3. Families MUST live in the service areas.

Head Start Classrooms are staffed with one teacher and one assistant teacher, and volunteer(s) are welcome.  Our ratio is 1:10

Early Head Start classrooms are staffed with two teachers and volunteers.  Our ratio is 1:4.
